Rodolfo “Rudy” Bustamante is a bilingual financial strategist, business consultant, and community-focused leader with nearly three decades of experience helping entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and organizations build stronger systems, clearer financial structures, and sustainable growth strategies. As the founder of Bustamante Consulting and a licensed advisor with One Indiana Financial and One Indiana Property & Casualty, Rudy supports leaders in bringing order, accountability, and strategic direction to their operations.

Rudy is recognized for his ability to turn financial and organizational complexity into clarity. He is regularly utilized in a CFO-level advisory capacity, helping business owners and nonprofits with cash-flow management, budgeting, KPI development, operational systems, strategic planning, and leadership alignment. A passionate advocate for Latino entrepreneurship and economic advancement, Rudy serves as the Treasurer for Emprendedoras Latinas de Indiana (ELI), where he leads financial strategy, funding development, and long-term sustainability planning. He also plays a key leadership role with the Latinas Welding Guild (LWG), where he supports organizational growth, financial oversight, and workforce development initiatives that empower women entering the trades.

In addition, Rudy is stepping into a new role as Government Affairs Director for NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals), championing policies that expand homeownership and wealth-building opportunities for Latino families and communities.

Rudy is also the creator of transformational bilingual empowerment programs such as Capital Mujer, the Volando Alto Conference, and multiple financial education and leadership development initiatives designed to elevate emerging entrepreneurs.
