John Seiffer

In 30 years of business coaching, John has helped hundreds of SMB owners transform their company so they get what they want from being an owner. That can be revenue growth, higher valuation, or more time away from the hot seat. John works with owners to streamline organizational structure, develop leadership skills in their teams, and plan for life after the exit.

John got started in this work as a remote CEO in the 90s when the internet didn’t make that simple. But he was able to exit without selling which gave him time to be on the founding team of the International Coach Federation and serve as their 4th president. In addition, he’s a past president of the Angel Investor Forum and a past board member of the Pittsburgh Entrepreneurs Forum.
